Speaking at Beijing’s elite Tsinghua University, Pelosi continued the theme of her five-day China trip — that combating global warming represented a new challenge that both governments must tackle jointly. 
“We are all in this together,” Pelosi told an audience of about 200 students and faculty who applauded enthusiastically throughout the 45-minute session.
“The impact of climate change is a tremendous risk to the security and well-being of our countries.”
Pelosi’s trip has been notable for skirting human rights and the fierce public criticisms she has frequently leveled at the authoritarian government.
Turning around her usual criticisms about human rights, Pelosi linked global warming to environmental justice, saying the right to a clean environment is also a human right. … To achieve this, Pelosi said governments would have to make decisions and choices based on science.
“They also have to do it with openness, transparency and accountability to the people. … Every aspect of our lives must be subjected to an inventory,” Pelosi told the ChiComs.

Fine, Madam Speaker, you go first. Let’s inventory every aspect of your life, Nancy, all of it. How many times do you flush a day? How much do you eat? What do you eat? How many prescription drugs do you take? How many houses do you have? What’s your electric bill? How many union employees do you have at your vineyard? (NONE)
Let’s look at all your brothers and all your children and all your grandchildren and see what’s happening in their lives, Ms. Pelosi. Step up. Be the example. Be the leader. Let’s see how you fly around. What’s your carbon footprint when you travel, Ms. Pelosi? Show the world how it’s done, Ms. Pelosi. Take responsibility. Take leadership. Show us. Show us how this is done. Show us how your life would be subjected to an inventory, every aspect of it.

Barack Hussein Obama believes Sonia Sotomayor is qualified to sit on the Supreme Court of the United States based on her biography and so does the nominee.
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion [as a judge] than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” she said in 2001.
Does racism qualify someone to sit at the highest level of the United States judicial system? We think not!
Justice Clarence Thomas is not white, he is male and his experience in life was a struggle that Ms. Sotomayor didn’t experience. Mr. Thomas would probably not agree that his struggle qualifies him to sit at SCOTUS, his legal scholarship does. On the other hand, Ms. Sotomayor lacks the same legal expertise that should be a requirement but Obama only thinks about ideology not substance.
Mr. Obama said last year when Pastor Rick Warren asked him about the Supreme Court:
“I would not have nominated Clarence Thomas. I don’t think that he was a strong enough jurist or legal thinker at the time for that elevation.”
Obama was referring to Justice Thomas who lost his father, and was raised by his mother
in a rural Georgia town, in a shack without running water, until he was sent to his grandfather. The same Justice Thomas who had to work every day after school, though he was not allowed to study at the Savannah Public Library because he was black. The same Justice Thomas who became the first in his family to go to college and receive a law degree from Yale.
Republicans are running scared, they don’t wish to appear too much like a Democrat when vetting nominee Sotomayor. They don’t wish to be called racist or anti-female.
I recently wrote to the GOP and suggested they begin growing a set of testicles and develop some intestinal fortitude. I asked them to stop criticizing Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich since they are only a handful of individuals telling the truth about Sonia Sotomayor. Mark Levin, a legal expert, is also explaining each evening why Sotomayor is unqualified adding that Obama is a dictator unlike any other person who has occupied the White House.
Chuck Schumer has threatened Republicans to tread lightly or “oppose her at their peril.” Really? Mr. Schumer who had this to say about Miguel Estrada, President Bush’s Hispanic nominee the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in 2002 who came to this country as an immigrant from Honduras:
Mr. Estrada “is like a Stealth missile — with a nose cone — coming out of the right wing’s deepest silo.”
Mr. Schumer ambushed Mr. Estrada in a Senate hearing, smearing him with allegations made by unnamed former associates. The same Mr. Schumer who sat on the Judiciary Committee, where leaked memos later showed that Democrats feared Mr. Estrada would use a position on the D.C. Circuit as a launching pad to become the nation’s . . . first Hispanic Supreme Court judge. Two years later, Mr. Estrada withdrew, after the Democrats waged seven filibusters against a confirmation vote.
The Republicans sit idly by worrying about their next election while they allow the United States moves further into the depths of the Obama hybrid form of Marxism/Fascism.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs responded to Gingrich’s criticism of Sotomayor at Wednesday’s briefing.
“I think it is probably important for anybody involved in this debate to be exceedingly careful with the way in which they’ve decided to describe different aspects of this impending confirmation,” Gibbs said.
It’s not Gibbs or Obama’s business to tell anyone how to express themselves and the Republicans would do their party a service if the refused to play destruction politics and thoroughly vetting Sotomayor and asking all the tough questions.
It’s time to stand up to the Socialists, Marxists, Fascist and hybrids like Obama and let the American people know what Sonia Sotomayor stands for and that activist judges who are racist and don’t believe in the US Constitution don’t belong on the Supreme Court of the United States.
It’s about qualifications. Indeed!
Addressing major donors to the Democratic Party (aka, Neo-Socialist Party) in Beverly Hills Barack Hussein Obama said this about the economy:
“It’s safe to say we have stepped back from the brink, that there is some calm that didn’t exist before.”
What is this intellectual midget talking about? “Brink”? “Calm”? Indirectly blaming the Bush administration once again!!!! We could only wish the Marxist/Fascist hybrid Obama would jump off the cliff and take his ilk with him.
The New York Times previously reported that three months since passing the stimulus bill only 6% of it has been spent so far. Another way to look at is that only $46 billion has been spent so far.
The intent of the stimulus program was to pump money into the economy quickly, and many members of Congress said at the time of its passage that speed was of the essence. But the huge program has been a challenge to administer for both a new administration and for states and local governments grappling with their own fiscal problems.
6% of the unnecessary spending bill fraudulently named “stimulus” to dupe the suckers known as the adoring public in American society. GM is bankrupt, Chrysler is bankrupt, Social Security is bankrupt and Obama is flying around to party with his Hollywood buddies on the taxpayer expense account. 
The stimulus bill has directly injected around $45.6 billion into the economy, mostly to help states cover the costs of Medicaid and unemployment benefits, one-time $250 checks that were mailed to Social Security recipients last week and income tax cuts that began to take effect this spring.
Although states around the country are beginning roadwork projects, the Department of Transportation had spent only about $11 million on highway projects through the first week of May.
Remember when Obama attended a police academy graduation in Columbus, Ohio touting his “stimulus” spending bill and job creation? From CNN (Communist News Network):
“It was a success story the White House was eager to highlight: Earlier this year, President Obama attended the graduation of 25 police recruits in Columbus, Ohio, touting it as a victory for the federal stimulus package. On March 6 in Columbus, Ohio, President Obama touted the jobs the stimulus plan would save. Without the money, the officers never would have hit the streets.”
With the money, $1.2 million, they hit the street for a while. But then after the $1.2 million runs out to pay them, Columbus has to take over, and Columbus doesn’t have the money. Columbus police on Tuesday announced massive budget cuts that could mean hundreds of layoffs, including the 25 stimulus cop jobs. Among those who could lose their jobs, if voters reject the tax increase on the ballot, 25 new officers who shook the president’s hand. No other budget cuts are considered here? Only tax increases can save the day, Columbus, is that it?
How is this even a possibility? The Messiah touched these men. The Messiah declared these people saved. Where’s the stimulus? Obama had a recovery plan. How can this happen?
Powerline has this accurate take on Obama:
It has long been noticed that Obama’s slipperiness had been accepted by the left during the Hope-and-Change campaign when He took positions, for example and notably, NAFTA and foreign trade generally, on both sides of an issue. They were willing to cut Him slack in most cases precisely because they just assumed that, of course!!…He was lying….to someone…about the issue. Since each side could reasonably assume this — the unions that when He made free-trade noises when He assured Canada (and then lied about THAT!) that He wasn’t protectionist, and the rational liberals when He pandered to the unions on NAFTA in Ohio, for example — they could all support Him thinking He was lying….but to the other side!….”Don’t worry….we can trust Him because He’s lying” was, in effect, left-wing Hope.
The American auto industry is beyond the “brink”, they are in free fall. Thousands of auto dealers are receiving pink slips but statistical evidence that Chrysler dealers were shuttered on partisan grounds. Don’t fret, 16,000 jobs per month have gone beyond the “brink” since the Obama spending bill was passed over 100 days ago.
A quote from an attorney who deposed Chrysler’s president last week:
“It became clear to us that Chrysler does not see the wisdom of terminating 25 percent of its dealers… It really wasn’t Chrysler’s decision. They are under enormous pressure from the President’s automotive task force.”
Obama’s upcoming agenda includes a trillion dollar energy tax, the stealth nationalization of the health care industry, and an economy killing rewrite of our nation’s labor laws.
I have called Obama a Marxist/Fascist hybrid and Thomas Sowell discusses the Fascist part of my equation.
“Oh, heavens, partially,” Sowell replied. “We’re not a socialist country, because the socialists believe in government ownership of the means of production. But, the fascists believe that the government should have private ownership and the politicians should tell people how to run the businesses. So that’s the route we seem to be going.”
Following is a portion of Mr. Sowell’s interview with Glenn Beck:
Beck: So what route is that again?
Sowell: That the private people still own the businesses but the politicians tell them what to do.
Beck: Right, but isn’t that, I’m trying to remember, that’s uh…
Sowell: That’s fascism. (Emphasis LCs)
Sowell argued it would take a “calamity” for people to realize that fascism is taking place – the issue being just how big it would be before the public could connect the dots.
“Well to do that, they would have to think,” Sowell explained. “And this whole personality cult has caught on in such a way that it is going to be a while before people start thinking. It is a question of how big of a calamity is it gonna take before they snap out of it.”
The Stanford University economist chastised Obama’s administration for leading the United States down this path economically and noted it would have an impact on the country’s foreign policy.
“Gosh, I hate to make predictions but I think the economy is, is gonna be permanently changed for the worse,” Sowell said. “I think our foreign policy is gonna lead to changes that will be definitely for the worse, particularly if we drift into a nuclear Iran, which I gather that’s what the administration is doing.”
Political intervention in private business is an invitation for the most brazen sort of corruption. Barack Hussein Obama is writing the latest chapter in political corruption and how to turn a free society into one dictated to by a mad regime.
Obama intentionally speaks out of both sides of his mouth while he conducts a takeover of a free society. His recent pick for the Supreme Court certainly reflects that ideology.
Obama had a crack pipe in his younger years but was able to learn the teachings of Saul Alinsky to change American society while burning the US Constitution.
On the “brink” of losing to Socialism. On the fast-track to Fascism.
As Obama said in L.A.:
“You ain’t seen nothing yet”
We’ve actually seen what we predicted. Indeed!
