Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder are conferring constitutional rights on noncitizens, why do the jurors have to come from New York? Let’s put together a jury of the terrorist peers from a pool of “American Citizens.”

Here is a list developed while on air by Rush Limbaugh:

Domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, his convicted domestic terrorist wife, Bernardine Dohrn for a start.

Next, Jeremiah Wright would fit the criteria of terrorist peer. Let’s have Saul Alinsky’s son, on the jury. Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann would be a perfect fit to include the Left-Wing news media.

We’re talking about a jury of peers of these terrorists who hated this country so much they wanted to blow up the World Trade Center and did. Cindy Sheehan  as judge and Harry Reid is a must for this jury. “This war is lost.”

And Senator Durbin who said that our interrogators were nothing more than Pol Pot’s renegades. John Kerry, who served in Vietnam. Get Pennsylvania Rep. Sestak who recently came out to support the trials in NY. Rush would also impanel Nancy Pelosi and Fort Hood terrorist Major Nidal Malik Hasan . To round out the panel would be MSNBC anchor Norah O’Donnell who was suggesting possible acquittal for the defendants while laughing.

Of course every jury panel has alternates so let us offer a few:
