Catholic Priest Michael Pfleger

Catholic Priest Pfleger goes well beyond any Moonbat selected at this site. He is a pathetic creature and one must wonder why the Catholic Church doesn’t excommunicate this racist, bigot, and bottom dweller.

Recognizing her inevitable loss, Sen. Hillary Clinton cried in public because she thought being white entitled her to the Democratic declared the close associate and spiritual adviser of Sen. Barack Obama at the Illinois Senator’s Chicago church.

Chicago Catholic priest Michael Pfleger, speaking Sunday at Obama’s Trinity United Church of Christ, implied Clinton was a white supremacist who believed she would win the nomination because of “white entitlement.”

Pfleger, who practices black liberation, is a regular guest speaker at Trinity church. He was introduced at last Sunday’s sermon by Obama’s new pastor, Rev. Otis Moss III, who called Pfleger a “brother beloved, he is a preacher par-excellence, he is a prophetic powerful pulpiteer.”

Pfleger told the Trinity congregation, “We must be honest enough to expose white entitlement and supremacy wherever it raises its head.”

He continued:

“Reverand (sic) Moss, when Hillary was crying, and people said that was put on, I really don’t believe it was put on. I really believe that she just always thought, ‘This is mine. I’m Bill’s wife. I’m white. And this is mine. I just got to get up and step into the plate.’

“And then out of nowhere came, hey, I’m Barack Obama. And she said, ‘Oh damn, where did you come from? I’m white. I’m entitled. There’s a black man stealing my show.’”

“She wasn’t the only one crying. There was a whole lot of white people cryin’.”

Rev. Moss, Barack Hussein Obama’s newest spiritual advisor took the stage, stating,

“We thank God for the message, and we thank God for the messenger. We thank God for Father Michael Pfleger. We thank God for Father Mike.”

Pfleger, an early supporter of Obama who leads a mostly black Chicago parish, has hosted Farrakhan a number of times, drawing the ire of the Catholic Church. The June/July 2007 issue of Wright’s Trumpet magazine describes Pfleger as “Afrocentric to the core.”

Obama identified Pfleger in a 2004 interview with the Chicago Sun-Times as a key source of spiritual guidance. The Sun-Times piece, which was among the first in which Obama outlined his faith, includes quotes from Pfleger praising Obama.

According to a profile of Pfleger in Trumpet, the pastor “counts the mighty as close confidants and friends,” specifically Wright, Farrakhan and Obama. (We note the use of the term “Pastor” by the press and spokespersons but Pfleger is a “Priest.”)

We now have “apologies” and distancing from remarks” once the circus of hate appears on YouTube.

Pfleger issued a formal apology for his sermon Thursday after Obama put out a statement saying he was “deeply disappointed” by Pfleger’s remarks at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.

“I regret the words I chose on Sunday. These words are inconsistent with Senator Obama’s life and message, and I am deeply sorry if they offended Senator Clinton or anyone else who saw them,” said Pfleger.

Why was there silence until Thursday when the hate was issued on Sunday? Does it take exposure on YouTube to produce so-called apologies? Obama and his ilk are racists hate mongers and they have simply been outed once again.

Pfleger was also once a member of the Catholics for Obama Committee, which is a voluntary advisory committee to the Obama campaign.

Where is the Vatican on this one? Indeed!

Former White House Press Secretary, Scott McClellan is bitter and we say, too bad!

McClellan always looked like he had just wet himself before taking the podium for briefings with the press. What a nice thought considering the ilk sitting before him.

Now the erstwhile McClellan publishes a book with the backing of a Leftist group and none other than George Soros, Socialist Commander-In-Chief.

Mr. McClellan supposedly supported the war in Iraq as presidential spokesman from 2003-2006, but he has since “become genuinely convinced” it was wrong.

If Mr. McClellan believes the White House used “propaganda” to sell the war than Scott was the chief propaganda minister for three years.

Scores need to be settled and it took some time for the former administration employee to get with it. Choosing strange bedfellows to stab former colleagues was McClellan’s method to be heard at this late but date specific time.

PublicAffairs is owned by Perseus Books, which is owned by Perseus LLC, a merchant bank whose board includes Democrats Richard Holbrooke and Jim Johnson, and who is now doing Barack Obama’s vice presidential vetting. Iraq and Surge

Barack Hussein Obama has defended his position on Iraq time and again, which means immediate withdrawal of our troops and surrender. With the success of the surge Mr. Obama would not meet with General Petraeus but prefers the company of Hugo Chavez, Kim Jong Il, and Mahmoud Amahdinejad. Obama claims he “may go to Iraq” this summer.

As the Wall Street Journal notes:

Mr. Obama has staked out a position for immediate troop withdrawal that looks increasingly untenable amid the success of the “surge” and improving security in Baghdad and Basra. John McCain was a key supporter of the surge, so Democrats now want to change the subject and claim the war was a mistake in the first place and sold under false pretenses. Mr. McClellan’s confessions fit neatly into this political narrative.

Mr. McClellan makes claims but cannot support them with substance because initially he was deputy press secretary for domestic issues and wasn’t in on the meetings that would provide him with such information.

WMD and al-Qaeda

Mr. McClellan is attempting, with the help of his new friends on the Left, to reconstitute the war in Iraq issues of finding weapons of mass destruction and the presence of al-Qaeda in Iraq before the invasion.

The Senate Intelligence Committee report of 2004, the Robb-Silberman report of 2005, and Britain’s Butler report all explain that U.S. and all Western intelligence was mistaken but not distorted. Saddam Hussein told U.S. interrogators that he kept the fact that he lacked WMD even from many of his own generals.

McClellan comes out late with a book deal during a Presidential election year with complaints he never made when working in the White House and that he cannot substantiate. Now, joining the deep Leftists movement he has become “propaganda minister” for the Socialist Democrat Party. Indeed!

John Kerry was a “flip-flopper” and a liar. Looking at Barack Hussein Obama we’ve known for quite some time the empty suit from Illinois is a liar and now has changed his position so many times we need an official scorecard.

Beyond his deceit, Barack Hussein Obama, will do more harm to America as a president than even Jimmy Carter.  Obama is the most Liberal voting politician in Congress and you have to go some distance to cover that spread of Liberalism.

Getting a Barack Hussein Obama into the Whitehouse or a Hillary Clinton certainly provides little choice in the fact that Socialism is the policy of the day. We wish the talk show hosts would change the Liberal moniker more often and use the term “Socialism” since that is what it is.

Government for the government, by the government and it’s all for government power not the people. Anyone buying into the speeches of Barack Hussein Obama is living on Mars, should start listening a little closer and realize this guy is trouble.

Clinton had sniper fire somewhere in Bosnia and Barack Hussein Obama now has Auschwitz. Of course John Kerry had shrapnel in his ass, self-inflicted of course.

First Mr. Obama gave us Rev. Jeremy Wright Jr.

• July 2007 – Mr. Obama declared he would meet with our enemies,  the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea, without precondition.
• October 2007 - Mr. Obama “clarified” his position about meeting with US enemies by stating there is a need for “some progress or some indication of good faith.”
• October 2007 – Mr. Obama told an Iowa radio station he didn’t wear an American flag lapel pin because, after 9/11, it had “became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues . . . .”
• Feb. 25, 2008 – Obama downplayed Rev. Wright’s divisiveness, saying he was “like an old uncle who sometimes will say things that I don’t agree with.”
• Mar. 2, 2008 – Obama suggested, “I don’t think my church is actually particularly controversial.”
• Mar. 13, 2008 – Upon video’s of Rev. Wright diatribes the Obama campaign exclaims, the Senator “deeply disagrees” with Rev. Wright’s statements, but “now that he is retired, that doesn’t detract from Sen. Obama’s affection for Rev. Wright or his appreciation for the good works he has done.”
• Mar. 14, 2008 – Mr. Obama further explains, “The statements that Rev. Wright made that are the cause of this controversy were not statements I personally heard him preach while I sat in the pews of Trinity or heard him utter in private conversation.”
• Speaking to the Chicago Tribune Mr. Obama say,  “In fairness to him, this was sort of a greatest hits. They basically culled five or six sermons out of 30 years of preaching.”
• Mar 18, 2008 – In Philadelphia, Mr. Obama repudiated Rev. Wright’s comments, saying they “denigrate both the greatness and the goodness of our nation.” But Mr. Obama went on to say, “I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother. . . .”
• March 24, 2008 – Mr. Obama said if Rev. Wright had not retired as Trinity’s pastor, and “had he not acknowledged that what he had said had deeply offended . . . then I wouldn’t have felt comfortable staying there at the church.”
• April 28, 2008 – After Rev. Wright defends himself to the National Press Club, Mr. Obama states,  ”Whatever relationship I had with Rev. Wright has changed, as a consequence of this. I don’t think that he showed much concern for me. More importantly, I don’t think he showed much concern for what we are trying to do in this campaign . . . .”
• April 2008 – Mr. Obama states, “I have never said that I don’t wear flag pins or refuse to wear flag pins. This is the kind of manufactured issue that our politics has become obsessed with and, once again, distracts us . . . .”
• April 2008 – Concerning his statements on meeting with the enemy without precondition Mr. Obama changed course again stating a need for, “sufficient preparation.”  The Obama surrogates denied Mr. Obama ever said he would meet with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad , a total lie.
• May 2008 – Wearing a flag pin offered by a disabled Veteran, “Sometimes I wear it, sometimes I don’t,” exclaimed Mr. Obama. The flag pin was missing the next day.
•  May 26, 2008 – Mr. Obama claimed his uncle helped liberate the Nazi death camp at Auschwitz during World War II. However, Auschwitz was liberated by Soviet forces and Obama’s American mother was an only child.. Aides said his grandmother’s brother, Charlie Payne, helped liberate a Buchenwald sub-camp in April 1945 as part of the 89th Infantry Division.

ABC reporter Jake Tapper writes, “The man has been a one-man gaffe machine.”

• Florida – In Sunrise, Florida, Obama said, “How’s it going, Sunshine?” Obama told the Orlando Sentinel that he would meet with Venezuelan Dictator Hugo Chavez to discuss “the fermentation of anti-American sentiment in Latin America, his support of FARC in Colombia and other issues he would want to talk about.” (FARC is a terrorist organization.) A day later in Miami, Obama insisted any country supporting the Marxist guerillas of FARC should suffer “regional isolation.”
• South Dakota – In Sioux Falls, South Dakota, calling it “Sioux City.”
• Losing Kentucky to Hillary Clinton – “I’m not very well known in that part of the country…Sen. Clinton, I think, is much better known, coming from a nearby state of Arkansas. So it’s not surprising that she would have an advantage in some of those states in the middle.” Obama’s home state of Illinois is closer to Kentucky.
• Oregon – “I’ve been in fifty-seven states, I think, one left to go.”
• New Mexico – “On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes — and I see many of them in the audience here today — our sense of patriotism is particularly strong.”
• Missouri – Obama argued that our military’s Arabic translators in Iraq are needed in Afghanistan: “We only have a certain number of them and if they are all in Iraq, then its harder for us to use them in Afghanistan,” he claimed. But Afghans don’t speak Arabic; Pashto and Dari (Afghan Persian/Farsi) are the official languages of Afghanistan.
• Alabama – In Selma, Alabama, Obama claimed that the spirit of hope derived from the civil rights protests in Selma in 1965 inspired his birth – when he was born in 1961. He also has inaccurately claimed that the Kennedys funded his Kenyan father’s trip to America in 1959.

Educated at Harvard, taught at the University of Chicago, Barack Hussein Obama comes off as uneducated. This doesn’t say much for continuing affirmative action and social promotion in schools.

Certainly, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama believes in change when it suits him and covers his mistakes and ignorance of simple facts with retraction after retraction.

The United States Commander-in-Chief doesn’t always have the luxury of “retraction”. Our life may depend on solid leadership not second guessing one’s mistakes. Indeed!

Iran is thumbing it’s nose at the world and the world only wants to continue appeasing one of the largest threats, a country currently killing US troops.

The UN atomic watchdog, International Atomic Energy Agency, seems to be taking a tougher line with Iran on its nuclear program, accusing it of withholding key information on alleged attempts to make nuclear arms, experts said Tuesday.

The agency said it was “of the view that Iran may have additional information, in particular on high explosives testing and missile-related activities, which could shed more light on the nature of these alleged studies and which Iran should share with agency.”

Imagine that! Didn’t Iraq have 19 or so UN “sanctions” placed against them and this did nothing to contain Saddam Hussein but it did provide an opportunity for folks to get rich with “oil for food.” Where did that investigation go?

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice immediately warned that Iran could face more sanctions, while the European Union’s Javier Solana announced another trip to Tehran to see if another dozen or so carrots might induce Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to stop enriching uranium.

Iran “is clearly not cooperating on the investigation into possible military-related nuclear experiments and has not provided the Agency with the locations of its centrifuge manufacturing facilities, among other problems,” Daryl Kimball, executive director of the Arms Control Association in Washington, said.

“On the current trajectory, the current set of UN sanctions will not dissuade Iran from slowly increasing its enrichment capacity, there will be no meaningful talks, and rumours of possible military action will continue,” the expert concluded.

Iran continues to bluff and work towards its ultimate goal of  becoming a nuclear threat.

The IAEA calls this “possible military dimensions” of Iran’s programs while the free world continues to watch a country develop nuclear weapons.  The report describes:

“the development of high voltage detonator firing equipment and exploding bridgewire (EBW) detonators including, inter alia, the simultaneous firing of multiple EBW detonators, an underground testing arrangement . . . and the testing of at least one full scale hemispherical, converging, explosively driven shock system that could be applicable to an implosion-type nuclear device.”

Iran doesn’t seem to be building energy equipment for peaceful purposes but the US State Department wants to issue more UN sanctions that will do nothing to change Iran’s course of action and behavior.

Iran has been actively pursuing its nuclear initiatives for the last six-years while talks and sanctions have done nothing to divert their course. Carrots are not going to cure the Mullahs desire to have nuclear warheads they can use against Israel, America, Europe, US forces in Iraq and possibly hand off to terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah, Hamas and al-Qaeda.

Training forces to kill American soldiers in Iraq is only the tip of the iceberg for Iran.

Annihilation of “infidels” is their ultimate goal. Indeed!

Not caring to date myself let’s say I’ve been through the “oil crisis”, high-prices relative to the economy, long lines at gas stations and even the “Sold Out” signs in front of purveyors of petrol.

I need blinders and earplugs to avoid the hysteria now being advertised as “Oil Prices Up – World Ends!” Whoa Is Me!!!!!!!

It’s an election ear and foreign suppliers would like to influence our presidential election and some simply want to show that Socialism is good for America. Thanks Hugo but we already have the Kennedy clan and their esteemed Liberal ilk.

America has been here before, America is full of ideas, and ingenuity and we are not helpless. American’s are not beholden to foreign oil ministers and if you have a gripe with Exxon et al then may I suggest you drive less and invest the savings in stock from the oil company of your choice. May we suggest Exxon for those luscious morsels called dividends?

The mainstream media would have us believe we are victims but American’s should promptly ignore that bit of ignorance and understand that the United States will weather the storm but we should not count on government to solve any problems for they will only exacerbate them. FDR prolonged the Great Depression with his public works and big government regulation, having WWII bail him out of one misery for another. The latter kept our freedom and demonstrated American resolve and that “Don’t Tread On Me” was not only a historical motto but typified the sum of American parts when pushed into a corner.

History is an excellent teacher and the precedent for the rapid energy-price increases Americans are feeling today is the oil shock of the mid-1970s, set off by the Arab oil embargo of 1973. Then, as now, a weakening U.S. dollar was putting upward pressure on oil prices. But that only set the stage for the big hit. It came when Arab nations imposed an embargo on the U.S. to punish it for its support of Israel during the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

In mid-October of that year, Saudi Arabia and other Arab states imposed a ban on oil shipments to the U.S., and unilaterally raised prices for other countries. The price of oil quadrupled in the following months.

America is cities, neighborhoods, farms, suburbs filled with people of diverse cultures but we are American’s and we like our freedom.

Let the arrogant politician beware of the voter who can see the light has the intestinal fortitude to come forward en masse to remove the crooks and liars elected to higher office only to spend and tax until we hurt where it counts — in our pocketbooks and bank accounts.

The government is, in fact, controlling our energy supply and they can do something about it. Once again, history can repeat itself and benefit American’s in the long-term. A two-step process of increasing energy supplies and reducing demand. Here is what happened in the 70s.

• Push through the Alaska oil pipeline, which rapidly increased domestic oil production.
• Congress passed a law creating Corporate Average Fuel Efficiency standards, which required auto makers to produce fleets that got better gas mileage.

We prefer free markets and don’t wish the government to tell business what to do. The car industry should wake up to offer fuel efficiency combined with amenities American’s want in a vehicle. We just landed on Mars so the automakers can do this.

Alaskan production added two million barrels of crude oil a day to U.S. oil supplies, while higher auto-efficiency standards saved two million barrels a day in oil consumption: a net four-million-barrel savings every day in America’s dependence on imported oil.

The scoundrels of the beltway do more harm and then good to the typical American way of life. Wake Up America!

For this too shall pass. It’s called the free market system. Indeed!
