So you’re a senior citizen and the government says no health care for you, what do you do?
Our plan gives anyone 65 years or older a gun and 4 bullets. Your are allowed to shoot 2 senators and 2 representatives. Of Course, this means you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head, and all the health care you need! New teeth, no problem. Need glasses, great. New hip, knees, kidney, lungs, heart? All covered.
And who will be paying for all of this? The same government that just told you that you are too old for health care. Plus, because you are a prisoner, you don’t have to pay any income taxes anymore.

So, once we’ve returned to a Third World prison system, which party, Democratic or Republican, will use the money saved on prisons to help the aged. Which party has the history of promoting social programs? Social Security? Medicare?And it is too bad that inmates can’t pay income taxes; there must be some way around that?! Perhaps we could pay them!
Maxine could recommend a realistic way to do it right. But it’s too easy to take potshots at problems. To shoot Senators and representatives. She’s too angry at government in general to be of much use. What she needs is a little island all her own. Where all the laws fit her. She can be her own little anarchist.

Advocates violence? Gabrielle Giffords is one person in the world who is a victim of violence and you single her out as special.
What about all the children of domestic violence, Catholic priests and other forms of pedophilia?
Aren’t they special? Don’t they deserve respect?
And I use a metaphor to prove a point. The government takes many forms of violence against average citizens. I’m afraid M. Brewer you have your priorities mixed up.

She was at MY site asking me to remove a post about the origin of Maxine by John Wagner. I had made NO reference was made to what I am now assuming was an email on my blog. She sent me a private email via my blog on Feb 19. When I challenged her, she provided a part of what you had posted above…NO link, and no real proof that John Wagner even wrote it. She’s been a very busy lady…
You had no reference at all to Maxine in your original post, and ‘Maxine’ didn’t even show up until well over a year after you had posted this, IN A COMMENT by someone else. I find that interesting, also.
Molly Brewer (as she signed her email to me) M Brewer as she signed her comment to you… needs to do a tad bit better research. She also needs to stop assuming that no one but herself cares about Gabrielle Giffords… She also needs to learn about rights and duties… HER rights end where yours and mine begin, and she has a duty to respect that. By the way, Ms Molly, just in case you ever come back to read the responses… there were OTHERS who died and were shot that day… A JUDGE, a CHILD, and each of them is just as important as the others.
